CAUSE:
The root cause of this issue is due to a property in Apple iOS 8 which does not work as expected.
This is a known issue with Strategy Mobile for iPad application 9.4.1 iOS Update 4.
ACTION:
This issue has been addressed in Strategy Mobile for iPad application 9.4.1 iOS Update 5. Apply the update to take advantage of the fix.
