KB213494: Dynamic Subscription fails due to error "Unable to close the Subscription Book" in MicroStrategy Analytics Narrowcast Server 9.4.1

SYMPTOM:
Strategy Narrowcast server 9.4.1 is deployed on Windows Server 2012 R2. Dynamic subscription using Personalized Page-By would fail segmentation. Following error messages are seen in the DELog.

CAUSE:
Windows Server 2012 R2 is an unsupported operation system for Strategy Narrowcast Server 9.4.1.
 
ACTION:
Deploy Narrowcast server on Windows Server 2012 Standard.
