SUMMARY

This technical note outlines an issue in Command Manager 9.3.1 and above when trying to list specific properties for Intelligent Cube caches.
 

SYMPTOMS

When a user runs the script to list all properties for a specific Intelligent Cube cache, the properties display successfully. An example of this is as follows:

If they try to list a specific property about that Intelligent Cube cache (such as Status), it will return the error "null". An example of this is as follows:

CAUSE

The Command Manager outline shown in the above screenshot is not valid.
An internal issue has been raised to return a more self-explanatory error message in this case scenario. 
 

ACTION

Strategy will continue to investigate and post updates as soon as they are available.
 
WORKAROUND
List all properties for the specific cache in order to fetch the status of the cache.
