SYMPTOM:
In an Amazon WS with pre-deployed Strategy 9.4.1, mobile configurations created by Administrator are lost after each time AWS Strategy instance restarted.
CAUSE:
This is known issue in Amazon WS with Strategy Web 9.4.1 deployment.
ACTION:
Take below steps to address this issue on instances already deployed running 9.4.1 HF4:
1) Download the attached zip file in this Tech Note which containing a CongifWeb.bat file.
2) Start and connect to AWS MSTR Instance.
3) Go to C:\MSTRInstalls.
4) Replace the original ConfigWeb.bat file with the file download and unzipped from step1.
Mobile configuration should work from now on and not disappear.
