SYMPTOM:
The custom metric formatting does not work for values on graph axis with Strategy Mobile for iPad application 9.4.1 iOS Update 4.
 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

• In Strategy Web, create a report with attributes Month, Item and a metric Cost.
  
• Convert the report to a Report Services document.
  
• Right click Cost column and open Advanced Formatting dialog, apply a custom formatting "[>=1000000]$#.0,,"M";[>=1000]$#.0,"K";[<=-1000]$#.0,"K";$#0.0;" to Cost value, as shown below:
  

• <div">Change the view mode to graph mode.  Right click the grpah and open Advanced Formatting dialog, make sure "From grid" is selected for all data values, as shown below:
  

• Run the report in Web, note that the custom metric formatting is applied on graph axis, as shown below:
  

• Run the report on iPad, note that the custom metric formatting is not applied on graph axis, as shown below:
  

 
CAUSE: 
This is a known issue with Strategy Mobile 9.4.1 iOS Update 4.
 
ACTION: 
Currently this issue is being reviewed by Strategy for a potential code fix on an upcoming Strategy release.
