While displaying a large dataset in ESRI map in express mode throws an error "queryTask error:Error:undefined" in MicroStrategy Analytics Enterprise 9.4.1 Hotfix 5.

Symptom:
ESRI map widget does not render properly and displays the following error message instead:

queryTask error:Error:undefined.

This issue only affects environments using on-premise ESRI maps server and large datasets.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Use a large dataset for ESRI area map and create a document based on the report.
2. Insert the dataset as grid, disable incremental fetch and set grid to display as ESRI area map.
3. Run the document in Express/Interactive mode and the following error message appears in the Web interface:

queryTask error:Error:undefined.

Cause:
This is a known issue in Strategy Web 9.4.1 Hotfix 5. Large requests to on-premise map servers must go through the ESRI proxy which is ignored due to this issue.

Action:
Update to Strategy Web 9.4.1. Hotfix 7 to take advantage of the fix.
