This Knowledge Base article describes a known issue that white screen with copyright information is displayed before the splash screen comes out when MicroStrategy 9.4.1 Update1 is launched on Android device. This issue has been addressed in MicroStrategy Mobile 9.5.1 Android application. Upgrade to this release to take advantage of the fix.

SYMPTOM:
A white screen with copyright information is displayed before the splash screen comes out when Strategy 9.4.1 Update1 is launched on Android device.

CAUSE:
This is a known issue in Strategy Mobile 9.4.1 Android Update 1.
 
ACTION:
This issue has been addressed in Strategy Mobile 9.5.1 Android application. Upgrade to this release to take advantage of the fix.
