This can be done using Strategy Mobile SDK 9.4.1. Follow the below steps to change the URL prefix for Strategy Android application 9.4.1 Update 1:
1. Download the Android SDK project and set it up .
2. Edit the AndroidManifest.xml file and change the android scheme marked in bold as below.

3. Add the following entry to the strings.xml file in the locale specific folder
