Strategy Web 9.4.1 Administrators may require a reverse proxy configuration to connect to their Strategy Web Server. When using these types of configurations, the users see a different server name and port for the actual Strategy Web server box. In this configuration some Strategy flash components that need to reference the server might not work since the application is not aware of the configuration in which it is deployed.
Strategy Web 9.4.1 users get the error shown below when selecting FIle Import in the Data Import menu:
Null Null

In this specific scenario, the users access Strategy Web 9.4.1 through a proxy sever. If fiddler is used during the reproduction of the issue, some entries will show as trying to access the Strategy Web server directly instead of the proxy server as shown below:

Note: In the fiddler shown above, the proxy server was configured to remove the Strategy context from the end user URL. However, lines 2 and 3 show that the real path was still being used thus causing the issue.
This is a known issue with Strategy Web 9.4.1 since some Data Import components do not use relative references to the Strategy Web server. This forces calls to the actual server instead of the proxy configuration.
This issue has been addressed in Strategy Web 9.4.1 HF7. Upgrade to this version to take advantage of the fix.
