SUMMARY:
This issue is classified as a defect with Strategy Technical Support. This will impact users running Flash dashboards in Strategy 9.3.1. When running a dashboard in Flash that has information window with a large amount of text, no scroll bars appear, making it impossible for the user to scroll down and see all the contexts in the information window. If the dashboard is run in Interactive or Editable mode, the issue does not occur. At this time, the only available workaround is to run the dashboard in another view mode.
SYMPTOM:
A user upgrades to Strategy 9.3.1 and attempts to run a dashboard in flash mode. The dashboard contains an information windows where the user can hover over an attribute to see detailed explanation of attribute elements. When the dashboard is run in Flash mode, the scroll bars for the information windows disappear. This causes problems because there is more information available for display but the user cannot scroll down to get to them, rendering the dashboard incomplete.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
Create an information windows panel stack in a document. Execute the document in a flash mode and notice that additional information in the Information window panel stack cannot be viewed due to the absence of scroll bar.

CAUSE
This is a known issue in Strategy version 9.3.1.
