When users that receive this error message they are unable to run the workflow.
CAUSE:Command Manager Runtime is a slimmed-down version of the Command Manager command-line executable for use of OEM applications. Command Manager Runtime uses a subset of the commands available for the full version of Command Manager. These Command Manager Runtime scripts can be included as part of a System Manager workflow. Thus, Intelligence Server Runtime contains the limited functionality of the regular Intelligence Server within the Strategy System Manager workflow yielding the error that was displayed. ACTION:Replace Intelligence Server (Runtime) with Intelligence Server in the workflow. The 2 different options can be found within the Command Manager folder of Strategy Products while using Strategy System Manager and can be seen below:
