This article details the additional sorting options available for girds in MicroStrategy 10.x

Additional sorting options are available for grids . The multidimensional sort workflow has been enhanced. 

  • Users can now decide whether they would like to sort by row, column, or some combination of the two.
  • Sorting is not supported on custom groups and consolidations.
  •  Users can sort on derived attributes and derived elements.

In order to sort , right click on the attribute or metric in the grid , select Sort Grid....
