This Knowledge Base article describes a known issue that information Window does not appear when targeted by a scatter plot graph bubble in Mobile 9.4.1 for iOS, but works correctly in Web. MicroStrategy will continue to investigate and post updates as soon as they are available.

SYMPTOM:
In Strategy Web 9.4.1, a user can create a scatter plot graph, and configure an information window so that it appears when one of the graph bubbles is clicked on, as seen below:

However, the same information window may not appear when the bubble is tapped in Strategy Mobile 9.4.1 for iOS.
 
CAUSE:
This is a known limitation of scatter plot graphs in Strategy Mobile 9.4.1 for iOS.
 
ACTION:
Strategy will continue to investigate and post updates as soon as they are available.
