This Knowledge Base article describes a known issue that information Window does not appear when targeted by a graph attribute using Derived Elements in Mobile, but works in Web. This issue has been addressed in MicroStrategy Mobile 10.1 application for iOS. Upgrade to this release to take advantage of the fix.

SYMPTOM:
In Strategy Web 9.4.1, a user can configure a graph attribute with derived elements to act as a selector for an information window. This behavior works as expected in Web; if the user clicks on an element of the graph, the information window appears. However, when performing the same action in Strategy Mobile 9.4.1, the information window fails to appear.

CAUSE:
This is a known limitation of derived elements acting as selectors in Strategy Mobile. Even if the information window is configured as a regular panel stack, the selector still does not affect the contents of the panel stack.

ACTION:
This issue has been addressed in Strategy Mobile 10.1 application for iOS. Upgrade to this release to take advantage of the fix.
