Map requires a connection to Strategy Web
CAUSE:This is expected behavior. ESRI maps are currently not supported in PDF format. An enhancement request has been logged to allow for ESRI map functionality in offine mode.
ACTION:Strategy will continue to investigate and post updates as soon as they are available.
