SYMPTOM:
Image layout widget displays a black image instead of a blank map, when there is no matching data in dataset corresponding to shape file in iPad with Strategy Mobile Server 9.4.1 HF6.
CAUSE:
This is a known issue specific to Strategy Mobile server 9.4.1 HF6. 
ACTION:
The issue has been fix confirmed in Strategy Mobile server 9.4.1 HF7 and newer version. Please upgrade to Strategy Mobile server 9.4.1 HF7 and newer to take the advantage of the fix.
