QUESTION:
Is it possible to specify “CC” and “BCC” in email address in addition to the “To” section with the “CREATE EMAILSUBSCRIPTION” statement in Command Manager?
ANSWER:
It is not possible at the present time to specify the “Cc” and “Bcc” email address with Command Manager 9.4.1.
Currently this issue is still being reviewed for feasibility by our Technology team and it is not scoped for any upcoming scheduled Strategy release.
The Strategy Internal Reference Numbers for the issue discussed in this technical note are 935112 and 806819.
WORKAROUND:
With Distribution Services in Strategy 9.x, users can have a web subscription with multiple recipients. Users can also have various recipients in the ‘CC’ and ‘BCC’ fields in a single web subscription. However each individual recipient will receive a separate delivery.
