SYMPTOM:
When performing a user audit in Strategy License Manager 9.4.1, Web Professional users are counted as both Web Analyst and Web Reporter users as well.
However, this is only a display issue, since the mentioned Web Professional users don’t consume any Web Analyst or Web Reporter additional licenses.
CAUSE:
This is a known issue with Strategy 9.4.1.
ACTION:
Currently this issue is being reviewed by Strategy for a potential code fix on an upcoming Strategy release.
