SUMMARY:
This document discusses an issue where heat map colors in Strategy Mobile 9.x and 10.x appear differently than Strategy Web.
SYMPTOM:
Users notice the colors of heat maps in Strategy Mobile appear different than what is displayed in Strategy Web whenever using “Blending” for the heat map colors.

CAUSE:
This is a known issue in Strategy Mobile 9.x and 10.x when using “Blending” for the heat map colors. The colors are still correct relative to the other colors displayed on the heat map; However, in Strategy Mobile the colors blend to the next color category slower than the legend indicates.
ACTION:
Please contact Strategy Technical Support for an update on this issue.
WORKAROUND:
Set the heat map colors to “Banding”. Banded colors in Strategy Mobile display identical to Strategy Web.
