KB234151: Data Cloud widget doesn’t display correctly on iPad against MicroStrategy 9.5.0 iOS

SYMPTOM:
When executing Data Cloud widgets on iPad against Strategy 9.5.0 iOS, users may find the element size and color are not consistent compares to that on Strategy Web 9.4.1.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

• Create a report with 4000+ rows, for instance with attribute Category, Day and metric Profit.
• Create a report services document based on the report and insert the Data Cloud widget.
• Execute the report services document in Strategy Web and the widget works fine.
  

• Execute the report services document on iPad against Strategy 9.5.0 iOS. The element size and color are not correct. 
  

CAUSE:
This is a known issue of Strategy 9.5.0 iOS
ACTION:
Strategy will continue to investigate and post updates as soon as they are available.
