Sometimes, user may notice a process "M4Asynch.exe" in task manager. This process is used for project duplication. Hence user will see it when duplicating a project, creating a project or (in the case of Enterprise Manager) using the Project Mover tool. It should delete itself after a while once the duplication has finished.
