KB236642: How to display prompt answers in separate slides when importing a Report Services Document to Microsoft PowerPoint in MicroStrategy Office 9.4.1

SYMPTOM:
When using Strategy Office 9.4.1, it is possible to create a single presentation that creates a new slide for each attribute element in used to answer an element prompt using the Group by functionality.
 
ACTION:
Follow these steps to achieve this behavior in a Strategy Tutorial Project:

• Create a report with the attributes "Item" and "Subcategory" and the "Profit" metric.
• Include a Subcategory prompt on this report, as shown below:
  

• Create a Report Services Document with this report that has a grid with Item and Profit on it, as shown below:
  

• Add the Subcategory attribute to the Group By and enabled the "Sheet break between groups" check box, as shown below below:
  

• Import the Report Services Document into PowerPoint via the Strategy Office 9.4.1 plugin.
• Answer the Prompt, as shown below:
  

• When importing this dashboard to PowerPoint, each prompt selection will display the Item elements in that Subcategory on separate slides, as shown below:
