KB237004: Information Window disappears after rotating an iPad from landscape to portrait in MicroStrategy Mobile 9.4.1 iOS Update 6.

SYMPTOM
In Strategy Mobile 9.4.1 iOS Update 6, users have the ability to view documents that are set as either Landscape or Portrait viewing on a mobile device.  When a user runs a document that is set to "Landscape only" and contains an information window, rotating the mobile device to Portrait will cause the information window to disappear.
 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Create a new document and set it to ‘Landscape Only'.
2. Add a panelStack to use as an information window.
3. Add an image to the body of the document and make it a link that opens the information window.
4. Open the document on the iPad in Landscape.
5. Click on the image and the information window will popup.
6. Rotate the iPad to Portrait and notice that the information window disappears.

 
CAUSE
This is a known issue in Strategy Mobile 9.4.1 iOS Update 6 with iOS 8.
 
ACTION
This issue has been addressed in Strategy Mobile 10. Upgrade to this version to take advantage of this fix.
