"Save As" option is greyed out in the Logical Table editor in MicroStrategy Developer

SYMPTOM:
 
The "Save As" option is greyed out in the Logical Table editor in Strategy Developer for any user, including the Administrator.

CAUSE:
This behavior is by design as creating copies of tables is not supported.
