KB237176: "Error #2032: Please check if the URL is correct and check the MicroStrategy Web Error Log" and "HTTP 500 Server Error" occurs when running a large Flash document or Visual Insight Dashboard in MicroStrategy Web 9.x.

SYMPTOM:
Users receive the error below when running a large Flash document or Visual Insight dashboard in Strategy Web 9.4.x.

"Error #2032: Please check if the URL is correct and check the Strategy Web Error Log" 

If performing a Fiddler trace for the execution of that dashboard, the following error is returned by the server:

HTTP 500 Server Error 

 
CAUSE:
This issue may be caused by the returned binary being too large. The following error would be observed in the DSS Errors log:

MsiWorkingSet::GetResultInBinary: The size of the binary (139007 KB) exceeds the limit (100000 KB) set by the client request

 
ACTION:
Follow KB35309 to increase the limit.  However, as KB35309 mentions, the recommended solution should be to instead pare down the size of the dashboard by redesigning until the error is not received.
