SUMMARY:
This document explains a known limitation with Strategy Command Manager 9.x and 10.x when listing subscriptions for a project.
SYMPTOM:
When a user executes the below mentioned outline in Strategy Command Manager 9.x and 10.x, no or incomplete results are returned.
LIST ALL SUBSCRIPTIONS FOR CONTENT GUID <report_or_document_guid> FOR PROJECT "<project_name>";
CAUSE:This is a known limitation Strategy Command manager 9.x and 10.x. "
LIST ALL SUBSCRIPTIONS FOR CONTENT" Command Manager outline only lists subscriptions when the user running the command is the owner or a recipient. This is due to the fact that subscriptions are not standalone objects, but rather only exists as tied to a specific user.
ACTION: Contact Strategy Technical support for an update of this issue.
WORKAROUND:Use either the owner or recipient user to log into Strategy Command Manager to list all the subscriptions.
