SYMPTOM:
Custom formatting, ###,###,##0;▲###,###,##0, is not applied correctly when switching page-by elements or switching panels Strategy Mobile 9.5.0 as seen below:

CAUSE:
This is a known issue with Strategy 9.5.x.
 
ACTION:
This issue has been addressed in Strategy Mobile 10 . Upgrade to this version to take advantage of this fix.
