This technical note outlines a known issue in the Strategy Mobile 9.5.1 and 10 apps for Android where images do not display through an HTTPS connection. This issue does not occur in iOS.

SYMPTOMS

When attempting to run a document in the Strategy Mobile 9.5.1 and 10 apps for Android, images will not be displayed, and are usually rendered with a small X in the corner of where the image would be.

CAUSE

This is a known issue in the Strategy Mobile 9.5.1 and 10 apps for Android.

ACTION

This issue has been fixed in Strategy Mobile 10.1. Take advantage of upgrading for a fix.
