SYMPTOM:
In Internet Explorer 8 and Strategy Web 10.0, Vertical and Horizontal scroll bars are flickering when running a report with locked Rows and Columns Header in Report Options.
User can see the scroll bars at first moment,and they move back and forth continuously as shown below:
CAUSE:
This is a known issue with Internet Explorer 8 and Strategy Web 10.0.
WORKAROUND:
One of the following workarounds cane be used to address this issue.
Workaround 1: Run the report using a different Web browser (e.g.IE11, Firefox, Chrome).
Workaround 2: Disable the lock Rows and Columns Header on General tab in Report Options.
Running report in Web ->Tools menu -> Report Options
ACTION:
Currently this issue is being reviewed by Strategy for a potential code fix on an upcoming Strategy release.
