Disabled privileges cannot be granted

CAUSE:
In Strategy 10, a new product called Strategy Desktop was released. It is similar to Strategy Analytics Desktop 9.4.1 with expanded functionality, but Strategy Desktop is a premium product that requires paid named-user licenses for production environments.
A new privilege was introduced in Strategy 10 called “Use Strategy Desktop.” This privilege allows users to use Strategy Desktop to connect to their Strategy Enterprise environment. This privilege can only be granted to the number of users that are named in your license.
Strategy Desktop is different from Strategy Developer, which is an application that allows users to develop objects such as attributes, metrics, and reports. The privilege to use Strategy Developer is called “Use Developer”.
This error message is seen when an administrator user tries to grant the “Use Strategy Desktop” privilege when their license does not contain any named-user licenses for Strategy Desktop.
 
ACTION:
If a user wants to grant a user the “Use Strategy Desktop” privilege, they will need to get a new license key that contains licenses for Strategy Desktop.
