The message "()" appears after submitting a data change transaction via transaction services in Strategy Web 9.4.1. The same document works normally in Mobile.
 
Below record is found from DSSErrors log:

Why is this happening?

Internal error occurs to the submit button.
 

Solution

Remove the submit button and recreate a new one.
