KB248944: JavaScript error occurs when adding a custom logout button triggering the webeventlogout event for document page with MicroStrategy SDK

SYMPTOM:
JavaScript error occurs when adding a custom logout button triggering the webeventlogout event for document page with Strategy SDK 9.4.1 and 10. The same operation works for report page.
Follow the below steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Click on Strategy Web Configuration inside the Application Settings view to expand the hierarchical tree. The expanded list comprises the different settings that can be modified to perform customizations.
2. Click on Pages to expand the list of pages used in Strategy Web. Right-click the rwd page and select Toolbars->Add Custom Toolbar Elements,
3. Choose "ReportHomeToolbarModel" and click on "Next";
4. Fill in the page For "Event enumeration class", choose EnumServletEvents. Select the event "webeventlogout" to Log out.
5. Click Next until it finishes. Restart the web server to check the effect. The logout button doesn’t take effect as expected and JavaScript error occurs.

CAUSE:
This is a known issue with Strategy SDK 9.4.1 and 10.
ACTION:
Currently this issue is still being reviewed for feasibility by our Technology team and it is not scoped for any upcoming scheduled Strategy release.
