The SMS(SMPP) Information Transmitter in Strategy Narrowcast Services 9.3 and newer is not able to be modified due to the 3rd party library Strategy utilizes. Actually, this Information Transmitter is built as a binary file instead of a .dll file with compilable source code in all the up-to-date supported Strategy platforms.
Since no changes can be made to this component, Strategy does not offer code fix to issues relate to SMS(SMPP) Information Transmitter. This transmitter is treated as a customization.
