WHAT'S NEW
When upgrading the Intelligence Server components to Strategy 10 using the Configuration Wizard, users will notice a new option available indicating “Database Instance Update”.
This option is used to update any MDX database instances which are currently set to use JCO 2.x to use JCO 3.x. This is done because as of Strategy 10.x the JVM used does not support JCO 2.x. This option will only affect MDX database instances and only those which are set to use JCO 2.x.
NOTE: This upgrade option is currently not documented in the Upgrade Guide or Configuration Wizard Help
