When using MicroStrategy Command Manager in Command Line mode on Linux or MicroStrategy Cloud Remote Command Manager, the command fails with exit code 10.

SUMMARY
When using Strategy Command Manager in Command Line mode on Linux or Strategy Cloud Remote Command Manager, the command fails with exit code 10. See an example error message below from Remote Command Manager:

Using RCMS_HOME:   E:\BIW\StrategyCloud\RemoteCmdMgrClient\
Using JAVA_HOME:    C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre7\
starting command manager service
Using the certificate: C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre7\lib\security\cacerts
log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger (org.apache.axis2.description.AxisOperation).
log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly.
Exit code:10

CAUSE
The meaning of exit code 10 is "A file-related operation failed. For example, the script may have tried to write to a read-only file, or read from a file that does not exist."
When using command line on a Linux operating system or Strategy Cloud Remote Command Manager, the file name must be correct including capitalization because Linux is case sensitive. If the capitalization of the file name is not correct in the command, the command will fail with exit code 10.

ACTION
Correct the file name in the command so the capitalization matches exactly.
