This Knowledge Base article describes a known issue that "Error: latitude/longitude info is missing" error appears for an ESRI map with Custom Shapes in Visual Insight in MicroStrategy Mobile 10. This issue has been addressed in MicroStrategy Mobile 10.1. Upgrade to this release to take advantage of the fix.
SYMPTOM: When an ESRI map is used in a Visual Insight dashboard using custom shapes in Strategy Mobile 10, the following error message is displayed:
Error: latitude/longitude info is missing
This configuration displays correctly in Strategy Web 10.
CAUSE: This is an identified defect in Strategy Mobile 10.
ACTION: This issue has been addressed in Strategy Mobile 10.1. Upgrade to this release to take advantage of the fix.
