esriNameConversions.xml used to configure alternative names for ESRI Cloud map is changed to mapNameConversions.xml in MicroStrategy Web.

In Strategy Web 10, the esriNameConversions.xml has been changed to mapNameConversions.xml with more parameters to support more complex functionality.
