KB255050: Users are able to create an attribute without Report display form or Browser from in MicroStrategy Developer 9.4.x-10.x.

SYMPTOM:
Attributes should have at least one form in both Report display forms and Browse forms. However, users are able to create an attribute without Report display form or Browse form in Strategy Developer as shown in the image below:

 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

• Edit any existing attribute in Strategy Developer.
• Remove all the forms from both Report display forms and Browse forms.
• Save the attribute using 'Save as' menu.
  

• Note that the attribute without Report display form or Browse form is saved in Strategy Developer. 

CAUSE:
This is a known issue with Strategy Developer 9.4.x-10.x.
ACTION:
Strategy will continue to investigate and post updates as soon as they are available.
