KB256569: Certified Database and ODBC configurations for MicroStrategy Secure Enterprise Platform

Strategy 10.1 Secure Enterprise Platform provides access to business data through the support of a comprehensive list of data sources. The table below can be used to review Strategy’s support for a given data source.
 
The following abbreviations are used in the table below:

• WH: Data warehouse.
• MD: Metadata repository. MD also signifies certification or support for History List repositories, except where explicitly noted otherwise.
• ST: Statistics repository.
• NC: Strategy Narrowcast Server.

 
The tables below also list whether or not a configuration is one of the following:

• Certified configurations were tested at Strategy with Strategy products. Certified configurations are indicated using the

• Configurations listed as Not Supported are not supported by Strategy. Configurations not supported are indicated using the 

• symbol

Strategy 10.1 Secure Enterprise Platform requires 64-bit ODBC drivers in all supported Operating Systems. MAC OS X systems are only supported in Strategy 10.1 Desktop and will only use JDBC drivers.
