Users can drag and drop visualization sections to change their locations in a dashboard in iPad with MicroStrategy Mobile 9.4.1. However, this functionality was removed in MicroStrategy Mobile 10.

SYMPTOM:
Users can drag and drop visualization sections to change their locations in a dashboard in iPad with Strategy Mobile 9.4.1.

However, in Strategy Mobile 10, this function is not available. 
 
CAUSE:
This is by design. The function is removed in Strategy Mobile 10 for iOS.
