When attempting to connect to Netezza 7.2 using MicroStrategy 10.1 Secure Enterprise platform users may get the error "Specified driver could not be loaded"

SYMPTOM
When attempting to connect to Netezza 7.2 using Strategy 10.1 Secure Enterprise platform users may get the error "Specified driver could not be loaded".

CAUSE
Starting with Netezza 7.2, support for Kerberos is now available on Linux. This feature requires several other additional libraries to be linked at runtime. If these are not available and linked, the error above will be seen.
ACTION
The environment variable 'NETEZZA_PATH' should be set in the ODBC.sh file. The updated ODBC.sh file is attached at the end of this document. The file should replace the existing ODBC.sh file in the <MSTR_HOME_PATH>/env folder. Once this is done the ODBC.sh file will need to be modified and the correct path used for the the NETEZZA_PATH variable in the section below:

#
# ODBC Driver for IBM Netezza
#
NETEZZA_PATH='<NETEZZA_PATH>'
NZ_ODBC_INI_PATH="${MSTR_HOME_PATH:?}"
export NZ_ODBC_INI_PATH

Note: Any modifications to the ODBC.sh file made before receiving the correct one will not be persisted once it is replaced. It may be beneficial to rename the old file ODBC_OLD.sh or similar in case any issues arise.
