Failed to start service. Unexpected error occurred. The server did not respond
to the start or control request in a timely fashion.

CAUSE
This behavior has been observed when older installations of Strategy products have not been correctly removed before installing a new Strategy 10 environment or when an installation has not been correctly finished or has been corrupted.

ACTION
Perform a full uninstall and reinstall of Strategy 10.
If necessary, contact Strategy Technical Support for a script to fully uninstall Strategy 10.
