SYMPTOM
When performing a silent install of Strategy 10, the installation fails with the following error message marked in bold, logged to the install.log:

CAUSE
One of the required fields for the successful installation of Strategy 10 is the Health Center repository. When this value is not defined, the installation variable "HealthCenter.repository" is assigned an empty string.
When receiving that empty string as an argument for the silent installation script, the installation process fails with error code 24.
ACTION
Ensure that the variable "HealthCenter.repository" in the options.txt configuration file is not commented and has been assigned a valid directory value.
