STEPS TO REPRODUCE：
1. Create a survey widget
2. Create a prompt that allows user to input Survey ID.
3. On developer, choose "Hide document grid" in report definition.
4. Run on ipad. Input a non-exist survey ID:

No data returned for this view, this might be because the applied filter excludes all data.
CAUSE:
This is a known issue of Strategy Mobile 10.0.
ACTION:
Currently this issue is still being reviewed for feasibility by our Technology team and it is not scoped for any upcoming scheduled Strategy release.
