SYMPTOM:
Passing selector values from a Report Services Document based on a report to a Visual Insight Dashboard that was based on the same report doesn't work. Instead all the choices are selected.

CAUSE:
This is a known issue in Strategy Web 10 Secure Enterprise.
ACTION:
This issue has been addressed with Strategy 10.2. Upgrade to Strategy 10.2 or above in order to take advantage of the fix.
