KB263146: Online help zip files (MicroStrategy Web Help/Mobile Server Help) to install on a local Web server are missing

The online help for Strategy Web, Strategy Web Administrator, and Strategy Mobile Server is provided on a Strategy-hosted server.
To support installing the online help on a local Web server, Strategy provides the following local help files that can be included in Strategy Web or Strategy Mobile Server deployments to provide local access to the online help:

• StrategyWebHelp.zip:  Includes the help files for Strategy Web and Strategy Web Administrator.
• StrategyMobileServerHelp.zip:  Includes the help files for Strategy Mobile Server.
  
  For most versions, these files are available in the Download site (https://software.microstrategy.com/download/ ),
  however these files are not available for Strategy 9.5.1, 10.1, 10.2 in the site.
  
  e.g) In Strategy 9.4.1, both files are available.

CAUSE:
Strategy 9.5.1, 10.1, and 10.2 have no online help zip files of Strategy Web Help/Mobile Server Help.
ACTION:
The files for 9.5.0 would be suitable for 9.5.1. StrategyWebHelp.zip and StrategyMobileServerHelp.zip are not available for versions 10.1 and 10.2. You can download the files for version 10.3, or contact Strategy Technical Support.
