In Strategy 9.4.1 Update 4, the Advanced Clustering Maps feature was introduced. This feature allows the map to adapt to the zoom level to make information more consumable and improve performance. If users want this option disabled, it is possible to do it at the application level as explained in KB203284: How to Disable Advanced Clustering Maps on a Map Widget in MicroStrategy Mobile SDK 9.4.1 iOS Update 4
In Strategy Mobile 10.1 iOS SDK, even after changing the mapWidget.plist as indicated in KB203284, users will notice that Clustering Maps feature is still enabled.
This is a known issue with Strategy 10.1 iOS SDK.
