SYMPTOM:
In the Strategy 10.x Health Center Console, there are no options available in the Application Server Type drop down for the JVM Maximum Heap Size system check. This is true for both Strategy Mobile JSP and Strategy Web Universal JSP.

CAUSE:
This is an identified issue in the Strategy 10.x Health Center Console.
ACTION:
Strategy will continue to investigate and post updates as soon as they are available.
WORKAROUND:
The WebUConfig.xml file for Health Center has "Support Versions" explicitly defined (<Version>9.3.1</Version>, <Version>9.4.0</Version>, etc.). The Strategy version begin used needs to be added into this file for that Application Server Type.
1) Create a backup of the WebUConfig.xml file at C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\MicroStrategy\HealthCenter\plugins\com\MicroStrategy\tools\mcdgnstc\plugins\conf.
2) Edit the WebUConfig.xml and add an additional entry for
<Version>current Strategy VERSION</Version>
underneath the <SupportedVersions> for any Application Server Type that is needed.
Important Note: This file needs to be edited not only on the Master Health Agent and Console Machine, but also on each of the Application Servers being connected to Master Health Agent.
Example for Tomcat 7.0:

NOTE: Only application server types which have the current Strategy version listed as a supported version will be brought back in the drop down list under the Application Server.
3) Repeat step 2 for any application server type you would like to see in the Application Server Type drop down.
