SYMPTOM:
The Strategy 10 Administration Guide states that Oracle Access Manager can be used to enable SSO for both Web and Mobile. It also lists Oracle Access Manager as a trusted authentication provider in Mobile. However, tech note KB44542 states the Oracle Oblix Authentication is only supported in Strategy Web 9.2.x and above and not for Strategy Mobile.
CAUSE:
The Strategy Administration Guide incorrectly states that Oblix can be used as a trusted authentication provider for Strategy Mobile. Oblix is not supported as a trusted authentication provider for Strategy Mobile.
ACTION:
Contact Strategy Technical Support for an update on the enhancement on Oblix being supported as a trusted authentication provider for Strategy Mobile.
