Error "You do not have Import MicroStrategy File privilege that is required to perform the task" is received when attempting to create a new project in MicroStrategy Developer 10.0

SYMPTOM:
Error "An object with name 'Midnight' and type 'Style' already exists in the destination folder… You do not have Import Strategy File privilege that is required to perform the task" is received when attempting to create a new project in Strategy Developer 10.0.

The data source () has not been initialized
The data source (A57B9D6208B2311d4890D00C04F60784C) has not been initialized
Item ‘Project xxx’ cannot be found.
You do not have Import Strategy File privilege that is required to perform the task.

CAUSE:
'Import Strategy File' is a new feature in Strategy 9.4.1 Hotfix1, while 'Import Strategy File' privilege is new in Strategy 10. To create a new project, user need to grant this privilege under "Web Analyst" category. Refer to the technical note below for more information:

ACTION:
Grant the user with 'Import Strategy File' privilege.
